At The Restoration Table, we envision a world where faith leaders, community members, and behavioral health professionals come together to promote recovery, restore dignity and hope. Our mission is to heal trauma and reduce stigma through education and awareness.
At The Restoration Table, we provide faith conscious trainings, which is an inclusive learning approach that acknowledges and respects participants diverse faith perspectives.

Sharon Fitzpatrick is a seasoned recovery advocate, speaker, and trainer with more than 24 years of leadership experience in peer support and behavioral health. She previously served as Peer Support Lead with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, where she championed the voice of lived experience and advanced statewide efforts to strengthen recovery-oriented systems of care.
Now based in Texas, Sharon is a Certified Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS) in both Texas and Ohio. She is deeply committed to bridging the gap between faith communities and behavioral health systems, drawing on her own journey of healing and restoration. With a passion for systems change, spiritual wellness, and peer leadership, she integrates faith, lived experience, and recovery values into every aspect of her work.
As the founder of The Restoration Table, Sharon creates faith-conscious spaces for individuals and communities impacted by trauma to find hope, healing, and connection. Through storytelling, workshops, and public speaking, she delivers a message of resilience and restoration that inspires faith based communities, equips service providers, and uplifts the community at large.
